Job Description
Summary: Oracle is a leading global hardware and software systems innovator, seeking interns for their Customer Success Services organization. The role involves contributing to technology-driven initiatives and service improvements while gaining experience and building a professional network.
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within Oracle’s Customer Service Organization that enables long term advanced support relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers

Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or an equivalent science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year
- Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2026
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US
- Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026
- Are proficient (e.g., can complete coding projects without any assistance) in two or more of the following computer languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, NoSQL, YAML, Go, or similar object oriented or functional programming languages
- Have academic coursework, completed projects, prior internship and/or research experience or equivalent in at least three of the following areas: Algorithms, Machine Learning, Compilers, Computer Architecture, Data Mining, High Performance Computing, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Object Oriented Design, Network Security, Big Data, Web/Mobile Technologies, Operating Systems, Database Systems, Cloud Computing, Parallel Programming, Compilers, High performance Computing
- Have proven experience (internships, projects, coursework) working on at least two of the following areas: Linux Operating Systems, Web Services, Cloud Platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS or GCP, Scrum & Agile Methodologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Basic knowledge of database concepts
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and services and an eagerness to deepen your expertise
