Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, automated, and efficient application deployments
- Automate build, test, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes platforms, including AKS, EKS, or GKE
- Implement and support cloud-native architectures, microservices deployments, and platform automation initiatives
- Build and maintain observability solutions leveraging logs, metrics, traces, and monitoring platforms
- Implement AIOps capabilities to improve monitoring, incident detection, event correlation, and automated remediation
- Drive operational excellence through proactive performance monitoring, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis
- Integrate security controls, vulnerability scanning, compliance requirements, and DevSecOps best practices into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and quality engineering teams to streamline software delivery and operational support
- Mentor team members and contribute to DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering best practices
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale cloud environments in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation
- Experience managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar technologies
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar tools
- Experience implementing security and compliance controls within cloud and DevOps environments
- Knowledge of incident management, system reliability, performance optimization, and root cause analysis
- Proven excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, AWS Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes certifications
- Experience implementing AIOps solutions utilizing AI/ML-driven monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated remediation
- Experience supporting MLOps, DataOps, or AI/ML platform environments
- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms
- Experience supporting healthcare, claims processing, or highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Zero Trust Architecture, Policy-as-Code, and cloud security best practices
