We're partnering with and exciting technology start-up that is looking to expand their customer success and product engineering team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a professional who can work closely with both internal teams and external partners to support the adoption and use of our platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, addressing technical challenges, and contributing to the overall success of projects.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and help them achieve their goals as part of the customer success team
- Support the implementation of solutions that provide value to customers.
- Communicate technical concepts in a way that different audiences can understand.
- Contribute feedback that informs ongoing product improvements.
- Occasionally travel to participate in meetings, workshops, or project support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives.
- Help develop processes and practices that improve how we work internally.
- Improve the customers chemical manufacturing processes internally
What You’ll Need
A background in a relevant technical or engineering field.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills, you feel at ease talking and presenting to customers
- Experience working with data, processes, or systems in a technical environment.
- The ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work across different teams.
- Familiarity with modern tools and technologies; programming knowledge is a plus
- Strong understanding of P&ID, Manufacturing product metrics, field data & quality and reliability data
- 5 years of experience in engineering and a subject matter expert in speciality chemicals
- Programming experience in Python is a bonus
