Job Description

Optimize RCM is looking for experienced AR Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claim follow-ups, denial management, payment reconciliation, and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare providers. The role involves interacting with insurance companies, analyzing claim statuses, and resolving outstanding accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims with various payers.
• Investigate denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
• Perform claim status checks and take appropriate actions for claim resolution.
• Work on appeals and resubmissions to maximize reimbursements.
• Analyze EOBs and identify payment discrepancies.
• Ensure timely documentation of all call activities and claim updates.
• Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the process.
• Collaborate with internal billing, coding, and payment posting teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with client guidelines and healthcare regulations.

Required Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience in Insurance Follow-up and Denial Management.
• Good understanding of claim lifecycle and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality metrics.
• Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes is preferred.
