Student or flexi: Administrative Support at Optimile · Ghent

Location: Optimile @ Dok-Noord

Period: We’re looking for a long-term collaboration, ideally for at least one full school year. You’re available 1 or 2 days per week and ready to become a consistent part of the team.

Looking for a student job where you can earn some extra cash, gain real work experience and become part of a great team?

You might be exactly who we’re looking for!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic student to support our administrative team on a long-term basis.

You’ll help with a mix of practical and administrative tasks, from creating and sending charging cards and keeping our data up to date to supporting the team with day-to-day office operations.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you’re reliable, hands-on, eager to learn and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.

In return, you’ll get a front-row seat in a fast-growing tech company with an open and down-to-earth culture.

You’ll work alongside colleagues who are always happy to help, learn how things work behind the scenes and get plenty of opportunities to build real professional experience.

And of course, we’ll make sure you feel part of Optimile from day one.
