Roles & Responsibilities

Purchase & Vendor Accounting

• Recording purchase invoices in accounting software
• Vendor ledger reconciliation
• Verification of purchase orders against invoices
• Supporting payment documentation and vendor coordination

Inventory & Stock Accounting Support

• Assisting in stock reconciliation (physical vs system records)
• Supporting inward and outward entry verification
• Coordinating with operations for inventory documentation

Sales & GST Support

• Assisting in sales entry verification
• Supporting GST data preparation (basic level GSTR1 and GSTR3B workings)
• Reconciling sales registers with accounting records

Bank & BRS Support

• Assisting in preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Tracking collections and payment entries

Operational Finance Support

• Organizing vouchers and supporting audit documentation
• Maintaining compliance trackers

The ideal candidate should be:

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com Graduate
• CA / CMA (Inter / Dropout) candidates preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas preferred)
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of financial statements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
