Responsibilities: - Support the product development lifecycle for specific features, from brainstorming to release - Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to help develop product features that align with company objectives and customer needs - Assist with the tactical execution of product initiatives, learning how to bridge product vision and technical tasks - Learn to use and champion AI-powered product tools (e.g., Figma, Claude Code, emerging AI-assisted discovery, design, and delivery platforms) - Gather and analyze customer feedback and market research to help prioritize features and ensure the product meets user needs - Help write and prioritize user stories for engineering teams, define acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog - Use analytics and metrics to help measure product performance and inform decisions on future enhancements - Communicate progress, challenges, and next steps to internal stakeholders and external partners - Help identify and resolve issues during the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features - Be authentic, build community and respectful relationships with co-workers, and have fun.
