Job Description
Summary: onsemi is a company driving disruptive innovations in the semiconductor industry. They are offering a summer internship that provides hands-on experience in AI applications for atomistic simulation analysis, focusing on physics and mathematics enabled platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a pre-study physics/mathematics enabled AI platforms for data analysis for atomistic simulations
- Create training and a white paper on use of physics/mathematics enabled AI platforms and tradeoffs
- Atomistic simulations for NVM candidate devices -Electrical Characterization of devices
- Layout work for next generation devices
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program
- Enrolled in a PhD program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Chemical Engineering at the time of the internship
