Job Description
Summary: onsemi is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future, and they are seeking an Applications Intern to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, working closely with application design, product release, and marketing team members to contribute to the growth of the Protection & Signal Division business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Work with applications, design and product engineers in a multi-discipline team environment
- Contribute to applications testing for ESD and RF specifications on products
- Support test bench setup and lab activities
Required Qualifications:
- In order to be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in school pursuing an accredited degree program
- Local candidates
- Completed 3rd year or higher in the BSEE or MSEE
- Interested or hands-on experience with board design and lab testing
- Ability to learn and use simulation tools for design
- Strong background in electrical hardware and software programming in C, C++
- Ability for detailed analysis and problem solving
