Responsibilities: - Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement across systems and workflows - Support initiatives related to ERP systems (such as data integrity, reporting, and process alignment) - Contribute to projects focused on data optimization, reporting, and improving data quality for business insights - Support exploration and implementation of AI-driven tools and automation opportunities - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments - Help create process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures - Conduct research on tools, technologies, and industry trends related to ERP, AI, and operational efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and leadership Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Interest in ERP systems, process improvement, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus Required Skills: ERP systems, Process improvement, Data analytics, AI technologies, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Analytical skills Benefits: Sick leave (Accrual of 1 hour of leave per 40 hours worked), 9 Paid holidays, Profit Sharing, 401k + Employer Match
