Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our fully remote team. This role requires a professional home office setup with a quiet, dedicated workspace to ensure clear communication, focus, and consistent performance.

Language Proficiency :

• Farsi / Persian: Native fluency (required)
• Turkish: Native fluency (required)
• English: A plus, not required

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of sales principles, including telephone sales, objection handling, negotiation, and lead-to-customer conversion
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment with clear targets
• Confident in making and handling high-volume outbound and inbound calls, and spending the majority of working hours actively on the phone
• Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and close conversations effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with prospects
• Strong follow-up discipline, persistence in driving results, and high attention to detail
• Experience working with CRM systems to track leads, tasks, and follow-ups is a plus
• Team-oriented, accountable, self-motivated, and results-driven
• A professional and quiet home office environment is required

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact with prospective and existing clients through high-volume telephone communication
• Address client inquiries, clearly present and promote services, provide preliminary consultations, and recommend suitable solutions
• Actively manage leads through the sales pipeline by maintaining timely, consistent, and result-driven follow-ups
• Accurately log all client interactions, progress, tasks, and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Share feedback and insights with management and collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and internal processes
