Human Resources Executive at One GI in Brentwood, NY
Job Description
One GI is seeking an SVP of Human Resources to help shape the future of our growing, physician-led organization.
This is not a traditional HR role. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can translate business priorities into a high-impact workforce strategy across a multi-site, multi-state platform.
As SVP of Human Resources, you will partner directly with executive leadership, operations, and finance to align people, performance, and growth. You’ll lead efforts across physician and staff recruiting, retention, leadership development, and the people side of integration as we continue to scale.
You will build and refine the infrastructure that enables our practices to thrive — from compensation and performance management to engagement and culture — while maintaining the local identity that makes each practice successful.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable in strategy and execution, using data and insights to drive decisions and measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
Multi-site healthcare / physician practice or MSO experience
Multi-employer benefits and compensation strategy expertise
Strong operational and financial acumen
Experience building scalable HR processes in a growth environment
Credibility with physicians and local operational leaders
Passion for culture, leadership development, and employee experience
Forward-thinking mindset around HR technology and AI
If you’re a builder, a partner to the business, and someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on both people and performance — we should find time to talk.
