Job Description
Summary: Omnis Corporation is dedicated to enhancing human connectivity through advanced technologies. They are seeking interns for their Summer 2026 Business Operations roles, where candidates will collaborate with mentors on impactful projects across various business teams. Interns will have the opportunity to take initiative, work independently, and engage in networking events.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with your mentor and other employees to apply your knowledge and grow your skills on projects that have a significant impact
- Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy and independence
- Network with other interns and employees through optional social and professional events
- Drive initiatives to research market context, identify risks and opportunities, and improve marketing and pitch materials
- Grow the customer base, create processes to better the customer experience, and improve efficiencies to ensure Omnis is meeting its customer demand
- Contribute in automating processes, managing projects, and tracking the performance of manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Analyze supplier and spend data, communicate with suppliers, and support various projects like creating and implementing new processes
- Innovate and improve efficiencies to ensure the Supply Chain team is continuously evolving to meet internal customer demands
Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree or graduate degree program by the start of employment
- 3+ months experience in corporate and business functions (data analysis, finance, human resources, IT, government affairs, legal, and supply chain management is applicable)
- Applicant for this intern position must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (e.g., green card holder), (iii) U.S. visa holder with proper U.S. work authorization (e.g. F-1 Visa - Academic Student), (iv) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (v) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
Preferred Qualifications:
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- Strong interpersonal skills (examples: leading a student organization or working successfully in teams)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different groups and teams
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and communicate effectively
