The Media Cluster Lead plays a critical role in creating a recognized market-leading position in communications planning, strategic approach, implementational & executional management, and client servicing.

Reporting Structure:

• You report directly to the AOR Director

• You are expected to manage your direct reports (Client Service Managers / Executives) as well as any specialist services that are being deployed in your business unit.

The role encompasses:

1. Effective ownership of the relationships with senior clients and other agencies
2. Quality control of the output of your group in the creation of plans that reflect the insights and the ideas shaped from them.
3. The day-to-day project management of media solutions
4. Ensuring effective and efficient implementation (planning and buying) through the relevant internal or external specialists
5. Effective management of all specialist divisions on your business
6. Business poise and earns confidence of external and internal stakeholders.

1. Ability to engage senior individuals within your client group & manage complex campaigns
2. Be diplomatic as a way of getting things done
3. Strong Breadth of knowledge across all channels
4. Be confident to present at large meetings/conferences in an articulate and clear manner

6. Deliver broad business thinking as well as having the ability to deliver against processes and attention to detail that come with accounts of this scale

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of industry experience of online and offline media planning & buying
• Strong understanding of media fundamentals, strategic planning capabilities and digital
• Strong client facing communication & presentation skills
