Summary: Omnicom Media is a media services division of Omnicom Group Inc., delivering transformational experiences for consumers and clients. The Investment Associate will support media campaign stewardship, assist in media buying processes, and build relationships with stakeholders across various media disciplines. Responsibilities: - Support and help oversee the media campaign stewardship process, including performance reporting, system-entry, and billing reconciliation, across your portfolio of clients - Assist the Senior Associate and Investment Manager in a supporting role for the media buying process across a given client roster, which includes but is not limited to, media plan development, execution and negotiation - Train, develop, and coach team members to ensure we are delivering best-in-class media outputs - Create and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders - Be a trusted advisor for the investment process for internal client teams and the wider OMnet division Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, preferably with a business concentration in advertising, marketing, finance, communications, or related field - Possesses personality traits that include an eagerness to learn and a willingness to adapt to new things - Possesses knowledge of basic financial principles, such as revenue and profit - Fluent user of Microsoft office – specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Enjoys working in a team-based environment - Conveys thoughts, ideas, feelings, and decisions in a clear, concise, and appropriate manner - Demonstrates both good verbal and written skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a media/marketing role is not required but is a plus Required Skills: Financial principles, Microsoft Excel, Media buying Nice-to-Have Skills: Eagerness to learn Benefits: Health insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Vacation days, Sick days, Personal days, Paid parental leave, Paid medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits
