Job Description
- Responsible for listing of all online marketplace portals like amazone.
- Product Pricing
- In depth analysis of competitors, product categories, cost value analysis etc.
- Business analytic reports.
- Co-ordinate with clients for their online business. Co-ordinate with customers regarding their queries.
- Working as a channel adviser for US base products for listings of amazon.com, ebay.usetc.
- Co-ordinate with vendors regarding their orders.
- Searching new vendors via google & Facebook.
- Promotion on various marketplaces.
- Assigning work to team members
- Handling online site ,i.e (updating,deleting,taking product backup, changing product price)
- coordinating with dispatch department to get shipment packet properly and carefully.
- Maintaining database of customer details, order details of customer with delivery report.
