The Talent Management Intern will support the Talent Development and Employee Experience team by leading projects focused on AI enablement and employee development, contributing to data analysis, and collaborating with team members. Responsibilities: - Lead key projects focusing on AI enablement and employee development - Contribute to data collection, organization, and analytical reporting to help assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and support strategic project work - Research and document opportunities to leverage AI to streamline HR workflows and drive overall program efficiencies - Collaborate with members of the TD&E teams, contributing to a high-performing and engaging team environment Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field and graduating December 2026 or Spring 2027 - Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, particularly Talent Management (e.g., development, career, performance) - Demonstrated experience using AI to drive efficiencies, and an eagerness to explore and apply new AI technologies to streamline HR processes and drive program efficiencies - Strong analytical, project management, and attention to detail skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proactive and collaborative team player, eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment Required Skills: Talent Management, AI Technologies Important Skills: Data Analysis, Project Management Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication Skills, Team Collaboration Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), Flexible spending account, Paid leave (including PTO and parental leave)
