THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY. This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and is also available statewide. Programs Field Representative - H11A CW Annual Salary $61,790.27 + Full State Employee Benefits Hours worked may be extended and/or weekends. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.   Minimum Qualifications • A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation; • OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. *Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered. Job Duties • Serves as a liaison to support and assist Child Welfare staff regarding all Permanency Planning strategies through consultations, training or performance improvement initiatives in order to increase permanency measures for children and families. • Assists in the development of policy and provides consultation to field staff, contractors, co-workers, legislatures, and the public to ensure proper interpretation of policies and procedures.  • Participates in meetings, serves on task forces, committees, boards, and services in liaison functions both agency and non-agency.  • Collects and utilizes data to identify program improvement opportunities and effectively communicates findings and recommendations to leadership.  If you have additional questions, please email [email protected] OKDHS is a Fair Chance Employer.
