Summary: OHSU School of Dentistry is Oregon's only public academic health center, dedicated to groundbreaking research and training the next generation of healthcare professionals. They are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Assistant to provide research support within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division, assisting with various research projects and data analysis. Responsibilities: - Provide research support for a number of faculty in the department with research needs - Help set up research projects - Do data tracking and entry into databases - Assist with research-related administration - Support evaluation of data and publications of research projects - Conduct interviews with patients and families for ongoing quality assistance projects - Learn to use data visualization platforms to produce data reports for the division Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's in relevant field OR Associate's AND 2 years of relevant experience OR 3 years of relevant experience OR Equivalent combination of training and experience - The position requires sufficient computer knowledge to interface with a variety of database, statistical, and imaging task and processing software - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Effectiveness in organizing tasks and setting priorities, multi-tasking, working efficiently with minimum oversight, interacting constructively with faculty and staff, and the ability to be adaptable, creative, and a quick learner are all necessary Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in behavioral science field - 1-3 years prior research and/or mental health systems experience - Previous experience working with Redcap Required Skills: Data tracking, Data entry, Database software, Statistical software, Imaging processing software, Redcap, Data visualization platforms, Organizing tasks
