Manager of Business & Finance Analytics

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager of Business & Financial Analytics serves as an enterprise-wide analytical and consulting resource, helping leaders turn financial and operational data into meaningful information for decision-making.

This position identifies and develops key financial and operating measures across the organization, with particular emphasis on physician practice performance and business office operations. The Manager will surface, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas requiring attention and will translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

This is not primarily a report-production or data-request position. The Manager is expected to function as an internal business consultant, working with leaders to understand business questions, determine what should be measured, develop appropriate analysis, and present findings in a clear and useful manner. The role will work across Finance, Operations, Business Office, Accounting, HR, Quality, and other organizational areas.
