Job Description
Summary: Odyssey is a company focused on transforming K-12 education through Education Savings Account programs. The Implementation Specialist will work closely with an Implementation Manager to drive customer outcomes, manage stakeholder relationships, and execute deployment projects to ensure customer success from onboarding through long-term engagement.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure every customer we work with sees Odyssey as an indispensable partner — making the decision to continue and expand their relationship with us an easy one
- You own and execute projects across new and existing customers, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned every step of the way
- You build strong, trust-based relationships with your assigned customer stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact and a credible voice for Odyssey
- You contribute to a scalable deployment playbook — finding ways to apply what's worked before rather than reinventing the wheel with each new customer
- You proactively surface risks, flag blockers early, and work cross-functionally to keep implementations moving forward
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success
- Creative problem solver who doesn't wait around for answers — digs in, thinks critically, and finds a path forward
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex plans into clear, actionable messaging for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Thrives in early-stage startup environments where ambiguity is the norm and no two days look the same
- Solid technical acumen — comfortable working within technical systems, and knows how to analyze data to drive decisions
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to keep getting better
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
