Job Summary:

The role involves ensuring smooth execution of financial transactions, optimizing operational processes, and providing clients with strategic advice aligned with their financial goals and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Operations Oversight:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor operational workflows and escalate potential issues to ensure SLA compliance.
• Assist in account opening and shares transfer.
• Advisory & Strategy:
• Analyse financial data and operational metrics to provide actionable insights to clients.
• Support clients in optimizing their cost structures, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks related to client accounts.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the finance, operations, IT, and compliance departments to deliver seamless service.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on client activity, satisfaction, and performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• NISM Certification is preferred.
