Executive Assistant
To the Chief Marketing & People Officer | O.C. Tanner
We’re looking for someone exceptional.
If you’re the kind of person who thrives in organized chaos, and anticipates what’s needed before it’s asked, you may be just who we need to keep our fast-moving Chief Marketing & People Officer (and two dynamic departments) aligned, focused, and moving forward. This is not a “calendar + email” role…we’re looking for a force-multiplier.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the connective tissue across our Marketing and People teams—bringing clarity, coordination, and momentum to everything we do.
Anticipate and orchestrate priorities for two fast-paced teams and two interconnected functions
Manage complex scheduling and travel with precision and foresight
Act as a trusted liaison across internal teams and external partners
Keep the business rhythm moving—prep meetings, build agendas, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through
Own operational details like budgets, expenses, and tracking key activities
Support team experiences, from onboarding new hires to coordinating special events
Create and refine high-quality materials—presentations, documents, and communications
Jump into special projects and keep multiple work streams moving simultaneously
Bring order to complexity—and a little confident humor that it will all work out
What Makes You Great at This
Relentlessly proactive with exceptional attention to detail
Clear, confident communicator across all levels
Highly organized, able to juggle priorities without dropping the important ones
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly
A true partner—someone who sees around corners, not just reacts
You have a sense of humor about the pace and pressure
Qualifications
A passion for delivering administrative, operations, and business support impact
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to take initiative and own outcomes
Experience supporting C-level leaders is a plus
Why This Role
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of two of the most important functions in our company—Marketing and People. You’ll have visibility, influence, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.
If you want to be at the center of it all—and help make great teams even greater—we’d love to meet you.
