AP/AR Office Support at Ocean Beauty Seafoods in Boise, ID

Ocean Beauty Seafoods in Boise, ID is looking for an AP/AR Office Support person.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Ensures that all company purchases and expenditures are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner.
• Calls customers regarding late payments and sends out monthly statements.
• Process and place payment received to appropriate customer account.
• Research cash receipts, coding, and posting of receipts.
• Assist with month end closing.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of Accounts Receivable and Collections Experience
• 1 year of Account Payable Experience
• Requires a detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and math and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be capable of working productively under heavy deadline pressure and with competing priorities, despite constant interruptions from telephones and staff.
