Product Specialist, FX Direct Dealing (VP)
Location: BOS Singapore

Responsibilities
Contribute to the team revenue target & Year on Year revenue growth.
Support Simulation & margining information to IAM’s.
Provide Trade support to dealers by booking executed deals.
Liaise with other stake holders like Middle office, FO and Dealers to perform day end reconciliation.
Ensure clear understanding of Order handling process and margining rule at product & portfolio level.
Accurate and prompt execution of FX & derivatives products in fast-moving markets.
Address and resolve dealing / product related queries and issues of both internal/external clients.
Ensure high standards of service and stay risk conscious in execution.
Continuously enhancing workflows to achieve the organization goals of efficiency gains and risk reduction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance policies as applicable.
Adherence to BOS dealing procedures.
Actively participate in any adhoc projects
Coverage of different shift timing that is outside the day shift hours when team is short-handed
Back-up function for Capital Market’s multi-assets:
In event where cross-teams coverage is required carry out timely execution and advisory for multi-assets outside primary function (where Capital Market covers FX, Equity Cash, Bonds and Derivatives)
Qualifications
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role
Strong learning acumen
Strong communication & interpersonal skills and strong team-player.
High professionalism and energy level, able to engage and build relationships with various stakeholders.
Self – driven, motivated and committed to service excellence.
Spoken Languages: English & ability to speak other languages / dialects, an added advantage.
