This individual provides PMO support to the Head of CX Research, Advocacy and Programme Office. This role requires strong organisation, sound judgment, and the ability to proactively manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and support execution of key initiatives.
1. Programme Management Office (PMO) support
Provide PMO support for assigned teams to track priorities and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
Assist with workforce planning and resource tracking.
Maintain and update the Book of Work (BOW), collaborating with team leads to clarify scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
Coordinate actions by monitoring progress, flagging issues, and ensuring timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Support strategic priorities by managing information flow and key deliverables across the department.
Coordinate department-wide activities such as All Hands, leadership meetings, offsites etc.
Support team engagement initiatives across the department.
Take on additional responsibilities aligned with department and organisational priorities.
2. Business support
Support the preparation of materials for key meetings and leadership discussions.
Consolidate updates, reports, and inputs from different teams for review.
Provide basic analysis or summaries to support decision-making.
3. Confidential & Discretion
Handle sensitive matters with professionalism and care.
Manage confidential information (e.g. HR, financial, and organisational topics) with discretion.
We are looking for individuals with the following:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured way even in changing situations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Programme Management Offices (PMO), Strategy, or Change Management.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Proactive, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders.
