Summary: OC&C Strategy Consultants is a global consulting firm that offers strategic advisory services. They are seeking summer interns to support the delivery of strategic advice to clients through data analysis and project contributions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of strategic advice to clients through the preparation and delivery of analytic modules
- Be staffed on projects and are expected to actively contribute to case work
- Include a variety of data gathering and analysis assignments
- Interpretation and presentation of findings
- Work directly with all levels of the engagement team
- Be involved in a variety of internal office-wide initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates graduating Dec 2027-June 2028
- Intuitive analytical mind supported by logical thinking and strong numeracy
- Demonstrated robust work ethic and strong teamwork skills through extra-curricular activities and early work experiences
- Effective communication skills in both written and oral settings
- Problem solving: independently develop solutions to a broad range of problems using analytical, quantitative, intellectual, and creative approaches
- Written communication: create clear and concise written and visual output for use in internal and client-facing settings
- Personal impact and oral communication: present independent work confidently and dynamically in both internal and client-facing settings
- Job management/Team work: participate in teams in a collegial and collaborative manner; carry out your fair share of work; consistently add creative, insightful ideas; meet deadlines; demonstrate an ability to lead and motivate others
- Client relations & professionalism: conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and contribute to clients' positive view of OC&C in general and the team in particular
- Firm contribution: play an enthusiastic role in developing the firm's earned reputation for high caliber client work and in establishing the culture and business practices of the firm and the office
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to engage in all levels of firm development
- Permanent work authorization within the United States, eligibility for TN visas, or candidates with STEM extension options to their OPT student visas
