Role & responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students about career and upskilling programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Guide students throughout the admission process and resolve their queries.

Preferred candidate profile
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in Admissions Counselling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Academic Counselling, Tele Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift (9:30 PM 6:30 AM).
• Target-driven with strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Willing to work from the office.
