Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in various food and beverage settings including fine dining, nightclubs, and banquet events. This role requires a professional who is skilled in POS systems, food safety standards, and efficient service to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

MUST be able to work weeknights in March.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Take orders, serve drinks, and handle cash or card transactions with precision, utilizing basic math and retail math skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Restock supplies as needed and ensure all beverages are prepared according to company standards.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as required, ensuring smooth operation during high-volume periods.
• Uphold food handling and safety regulations at all times to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant, retail, or food industry is preferred.
• Fine dining experience or banquet experience is a plus.
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, serving, cashiering, and food safety protocols.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150.00 - $400.00 per day
