Project Manager / Enabling Works at Object 1 Real Estate in Dubai

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Project Manager / Enabling Works to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all enabling works including demolition, excavation, earthworks, dewatering, shoring, temporary works, site preparation, and utility diversions.
• Plan and monitor project schedule, budget, resources, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant UAE authorities.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead progress meetings and provide regular project status reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, permits, NOCs, and authority requirements.
• Manage project handover and ensure all works are completed according to approved requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction and project management experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in enabling works, excavation, demolition, earthworks, site preparation, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong skills in project planning, cost control, risk management, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
