Supervisor- Infrastructure at Oasis… · Dubai

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee and manage daily site operations for civil and infrastructure works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising workforce activities related to roadworks, drainage, earthworks, and utilities installation, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise and coordinate infrastructure works such as:
• Road construction (sub-base, base, asphalt, kerbs)
• Drainage and sewer systems (pipes, manholes, catch basins)
• Utility installations (water lines, electrical ducts, telecom)
• Earthworks (excavation, backfilling, compaction)
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

2. Manpower & Equipment Management

• Assign daily tasks to foremen and laborers.
• Monitor labor productivity and optimize equipment usage.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure workmanship meets required standards and tolerances.
• Report any deviations from the plan or poor workmanship to site engineers.
• Conduct preliminary checks before inspections by consultants or QA/QC teams
