Supervisor - Ducting / Chilled Water / Electrical… at Oasis… · Dubai

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution and supervision of Air Conditioning (AC), Plumbing (PL), and Electrical (EL) works. The ideal candidate will coordinate with labor teams, ensure work quality and safety, and deliver timely completion of assigned tasks in line with project specifications.

1.Site Supervision

• Supervise and guide technicians and laborers in the installation and maintenance of:
• AC systems (ductwork, piping, HVAC units, insulation)
• Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sanitary)
• Electrical systems (conduiting, wiring, lighting, DB installation)
• Ensure daily work is executed as per approved drawings and instructions.
• Monitor workforce productivity and resolve any on-site execution issues.

2. Quality & Compliance

• Check installations for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Assist engineers during inspections and testing/commissioning procedures.
• Rectify any faults or deviations identified during internal or third-party inspections.

3. Coordination

• Coordinate with other site supervisors, civil teams, and subcontractors to avoid conflicts and delays.
• Report daily work progress, challenges, and manpower status to the site engineer.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

4. Material Handling

• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Raise requests for material shortages and monitor material usage to avoid wastage.
• Verify and receive site deliveries.

5. Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure all activities are performed safely and in accordance with HSE regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce the use of PPE and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the work site.
