Site Engineer - Mechanical (Data center) at Oasis… · Dubai

To oversee, coordinate, and execute all mechanical works (HVAC, chilled water, fire-fighting, plumbing, and other mechanical systems) for data center projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Supervise and execute mechanical works at site including HVAC, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, precision cooling, fire protection, and plumbing.
• Ensure proper installation of data center-specific systems such as raised floor cooling, containment systems, and white space cooling solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements; report discrepancies and suggest corrective measures.
• Ensure installation is carried out in compliance with project specifications, standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA), and approved drawings.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight potential risks or delays.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage at site.
• Ensure strict adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Support the Project Manager in client meetings, progress reviews, and handover activities.
