- Preparing the layout for the new unit
- Acquiring the quotation for all the machineries
- Preparing the shop drawings and schedules
- Sourcing and placing the local raw material suppliers
- Monitoring the progress on daily basis
- Periodically visiting the site to take stock of the situations
- Submitting weekly progress report
- Getting all local subcontractors for electroplating and related works
- Setting targets for each activity
- Supporting the estimate department
- Preparing the shop drawing for metal unit
- Meeting the deadlines as laid by the projects team
- Discuss the complications during the execution and finding the solutions
