1. Making Quotation Preparing and sending formal Quotations
2. LPO Requotation
3. Updating Documents: Maintaining and organizing all sales-related documents.
4. Delivery Coordination: Working with logistics, warehousing, and shipping teams to schedule and manage the timely and correct delivery of goods or services to the customer.
5. Updating Sales Reports: summarizing sales data
6. Order Acknowledgement: Formally confirming to the client
7. Payment Follow-ups
