Job Description
Post QS with Joinery Estimation background
Roles and responsibilities:
- Experience in Post contract Quantity Surveying & Estimation of Joinery scope
- Take off quantities and preparation of scope-wise packages
- Verification of scope (item and quantity) against contract BOQ, Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, report and raise variation claim for the changes if any.
- Preparation and submission of variations and their follow-up for approval
- Review and comment on the draft contracts received from clients
- Subcontractor’s agreement to be reviewed and modified as per the scope and in conjunction with our main contract
- Timely alert to the operation team about critical issues like, de-scope, long lead items, cashflow-related issues.
