Technical & Engineering Knowledge Understanding of K-Span Systems (structural behavior, machine operation, and site assembly)

Knowledge of steel structures, pre-engineered buildings, and arch-type building systems

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, structural layouts, and BOQs

Familiarity with mechanical seaming, insulation, and roofing systems

Project Management Skills

• Proficient in planning and scheduling using tools like Primavera or MS Project
• Ability to manage timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Competent in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
• Knowledge of contract management and subcontractor coordination

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Leading site teams, supervisors, technicians, and labor crews
• Coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other contractors
• Strong skills in delegation, conflict resolution, and team motivation

Documentation & Reporting

• Preparing daily/weekly reports, progress reports, and site logs
• Documenting material requests, inspection reports, and quality checklists
• Managing workshop drawings approval and material submittals

Quality, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards
• Implementing and monitoring HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices
• Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring proper PPE use on-site
• Communication & Client Handling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle client meetings, progress updates, and variation claims
• Negotiation skills for change orders, scope adjustments, and extensions
