MEP Supervisor with Electrical or Mechanical Diploma in Engineering

• Prepare workforce schedules for day and night shift as per the approved program and deploy teams accordingly
• Prepare Training schedules in coordination with Engineer and carryout trainings to workforce
• Daily toolbox talks to the workforce on the activities planned for the shift
• Daily site works supervision for both PPM's, Attending Callouts and corrective maintenance activities.
• Arrange the stacks in order for the RTA materials stored at site and update the stock list.
• Prepare and request for consumable materials and spares for routine and emergency requirements.
• Prepare and update workforce timesheets
• Prepare and maintain the list of tools and equipments deployed at site
• Maintain the record for tools issued to workforce.
• Daily request for work permits and ensure to close at the end of task.
• Monthly Thermography testing for all electrical Distribution boards.
