Drafting Coordinator - Electrical at Oasis… · Dubai

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafting Coordinator – Electrical (EL) to oversee and coordinate all electrical drafting activities for the project. The ideal candidate will manage the preparation, review, and submission of electrical shop drawings and coordination layouts, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project requirements, and relevant standards. This role is critical in aligning the design and construction teams for successful project delivery.

1. Drawing Preparation & Review

• Oversee the preparation of electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design intent and standards.
• Incorporate redlines, changes, and updates based on site conditions or consultant comments.

2. Coordination & Clash Resolution

• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, civil, structural, architectural) to ensure drawings are fully coordinated and clash-free.
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve conflicts using coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP).

3. Technical Support

• Support site and engineering teams with updated drawings and technical details.
• Ensure all drawings reflect approved materials, equipment layouts, and installation practices.
