To provide technical expertise in electrical system design and cost estimation for various construction and infrastructure projects. The Electrical Design & Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed electrical designs and accurate cost estimates to support tendering, budgeting, and project planning.

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and client requirements.
• Develop electrical design layouts, schematics, load schedules, and cable sizing in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Perform quantity take-offs for electrical systems, including LV/MV systems, lighting, power distribution, ELV, fire alarm, and grounding systems.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals based on designs and supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment on technical and commercial aspects.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization efforts in design and estimation phases.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client/consultant interactions as required.
• Maintain a database of unit costs, historical pricing, and project benchmarks to improve future estimates.
