Oakworks is seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen its brand, generate qualified demand, and support profitable growth across its medical, massage, therapy, and spa table businesses. This role translates product capabilities into clear customer benefits and delivers coordinated marketing programs for practitioners, healthcare organizations, spas, dealers, and distributors.
The Marketing Manager works closely with leadership, sales, product development, and customer service to set priorities, execute campaigns, and measure results. The ideal candidate combines strong writing and creative judgment with commercial discipline and the ability to manage multiple product markets.
Additional duties include:
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan, budget, and campaign calendar aligned with revenue goals, product priorities, and available resources.
- Define positioning and messaging for each product category, clearly communicating quality, ergonomics, functionality, customer experience, and value.
- Manage website content, search engine optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and lead-generation programs; improve conversion from inquiry to sales opportunity.
- Create and maintain product literature, comparison guides, presentations, photography, video, customer stories, and other sales materials with accurate, consistent information.
- Equip dealers, distributors, and sales representatives with launch materials, product education, co-marketing campaigns, and tools that help them sell Oakworks effectively.
- Lead marketing execution for new products and product updates, coordinating launch schedules, messaging, channel readiness, and follow-up measurement.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market trends; recommend positioning and promotional responses in partnership with sales and leadership.
- Plan trade shows, industry events, and customer education programs, including promotion, lead capture, sales handoff, and return-on-investment evaluation.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and other marketing vendors; coordinate internal contributors and direct marketing staff.
- Ensure product claims, specifications, imagery, and customer testimonials receive appropriate technical and internal review before publication
This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to maintain the status quo. We're looking for a builder- someone who enjoys developing new ideas, creating impactful marketing initiatives, and finding opportunities to grow our brand and reach new audiences.
The ideal candidate can think strategically, plan thoughtfully, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. This person thrives in an environment where guidance is available, but day-to-day direction isn't generally needed. If you enjoy turning ideas into action and seeing the results of your work, we'd love to hear from you!

Experience: Five or more years of progressive marketing experience, including ownership of campaigns, budgets, and measurable business results. Management or leadership experience preferred
