RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service • Monitoring parking garage for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles • Provide guests with directions and other venue information • Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces • Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner • Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts • Assist daily and monthly parkers with any issues that may arise on-site QUALIFICATIONS • Prior parking experience strongly preferred • Customer Service abilities are a must • Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact • Ability to multi-task • The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances • Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions • Excellent communication skills • Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
