Our Service Advisors are trusted consultants who help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

💼 What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face our customers rely on from the moment they arrive until they pick up their vehicle.

You'll:

• Welcome customers and build lasting relationships
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and recommend solutions
• Schedule service appointments
• Explain maintenance recommendations in an easy-to-understand way
• Prepare repair orders and estimates
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers informed every step of the way
• Deliver vehicles and review completed repairs
• Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Help customers protect their investment through recommended maintenance
