Job Summary

We are hiring a ServiceNow Senior Technology Consultant to lead telecom-focused digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior consultant or technical architect with strong experience in Telecom Service Management, Service Portfolio Management, security operations, governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and deliver telecom service management and service portfolio management solutions.

· Lead technical discovery, architecture, configuration, implementation, and deployment activities.

· Support SecOps, security governance, GRC, and operational compliance initiatives.

· Design and manage integrations across enterprise systems, APIs, middleware, and external platforms.

· Work closely with stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

· Support go-live, stabilization, and hypercare activities.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical architecture, or enterprise technology implementation.

· Hands-on experience in Telecom Service Management, Service Portfolio Management, SecOps, GRC, or enterprise integrations.

· Strong understanding of telecom operations, service workflows, and enterprise platform delivery.

· Excellent client-facing communication, solution design, and technical presentation skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹915,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
