Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on prospective client companies, including financial analysis, business model assessment, and competitive landscape research
- Support investor and partner outreach in connection with active capital raise mandates
- Evaluate inbound startups using Nuverum's qualification framework
- Prepare pitch materials, investor memos, and deal summaries to institutional standards

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's student in Economics, Finance, STEM, or a related field
- Graduating in either 2028 or 2029
- Authentic interest in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and maintain professionalism
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
