Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Evaluate historical infrastructure and facility transition data from prior ship class changes, including Virginia-class and Ohio-class transitions, to identify actionable lessons learned and mitigate facility-related risks.
- Act as a primary interface across NAVSEA program offices, NAVFAC, CNIC, Submarine Type Commanders, regional commands, and TRF leadership regarding facility readiness, site infrastructure timelines, risk areas, and transition milestones.
- Translate Columbia-class technical, maintenance, and sustainment requirements into shore-side infrastructure requirements, planning assumptions, issue papers, decision products, executive correspondence, and leadership briefings.
- Track facility readiness actions, open issues, dependencies, funding concerns, milestone status, and stakeholder commitments to support leadership awareness, accountability, and timely issue resolution.
- Prepare reports, briefings, meeting inputs, and formal correspondence regarding Columbia-class transition infrastructure planning, TRF readiness, facility modifications, funding alignment, and site integration status.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
