THE JOB

Connecting with homeowners, introducing NTY's services, and learning how to identify customer needs and communicate solutions. You'll work in assigned markets, build your communication skills through real conversations, and improve through ongoing training and team coaching. No previous sales experience is required.

COMPENSATION

Earn weekly pay along with performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Your earning potential grows with your ability to learn, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver results.
