Key responsibilities include:
- Executing investment projects in close collaboration with engineering and local production departments
- Defining, developing, and supporting execution of projects from a functional and user perspective
- Developing user requirement specifications, installation requirement specifications, justifications, and design specifications across unit operations
- Acting as user and requirement owner throughout the full project lifecycle
- Contributing to future technical investment plans for production sites
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, we expect that you have:
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or similar or minimum 10 years of experience from a technically involved role in a production environment
- Experience from dairy, food, or biochemistry production environments (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
You bring a structured and project-oriented mindset and are comfortable working across disciplines and stakeholder groups.
Additional Skills & Interests We Value While not mandatory, it is an advantage if you bring an established external network, such as university contacts, external technology specialists, suppliers, or engineering partners. Experience working with technical investment projects in production environments is also considered a strong plus. In addition, a genuine interest in technology development and hands-on project implementation will be valued in this role. What We Offer
At Novonesis, you will become part of a highly professional organization characterized by strong collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will gain valuable insight into unit operations and production technology while being actively involved in hands-on projects that create real impact. We offer meaningful opportunities for both personal and professional development, all within a collaborative environment where scientific excellence, technology, and business drive go hand in hand.
