Summary: Nouria Energy Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for the Car Wash Team Member position at Golden Nozzle Car Wash. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the facility. Responsibilities: - Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies - Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times - Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience - Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards - Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies Required Qualifications: - At least 16 years of age - Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level - Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
