Job Description
An agency is looking for an experienced Art Director (Hybrid JHB office 3 times a week – Wednesday to Friday) to join their team on a 4-month freelance contract, working closely with a Copywriter.
Contract Details
- Role: Art Director
- Duration: 4 months
- Start Date: Mid-August
- End Date: Mid-December
- Rate: R43,500 flat rate – non-negotiable
The Role
You’ll partner with a Copywriter to develop strong creative concepts and bring campaigns to life across relevant channels. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with a strong design eye, solid agency experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a creative team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director within an agency environment
- Strong conceptual and visual thinking
- Experience working closely with Copywriters
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant creative and campaign work
- Available for the full contract period from mid-August to mid-December
